You'll get a clear, written proposal: deliverables, timeline, and cost. No
surprise line items later.
04 — Creation & Check-ins
Design and build happen in clear rounds, with review checkpoints built in so you're never wondering what's happening.
05 — Launch & Handoff
Final delivery, documentation, and a walkthrough of everything you need to maintain or update it yourself — plus support after launch.

How fast can we start?
Most projects can kick off within 1–2 weeks of a signed proposal, sooner if
your timeline is tight — just say so up front.
Do you work with clients outside Illinois?
Yes. Most of my client communication happens remotely regardless of location.
Photography sessions are based in central Illinois, with travel available for
an additional fee.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. A lot of clients come in with a rough idea or a problem to solve, not a
finished spec. That's what discovery is for.
What if my project spans more than one discipline?
That's actually where I do my best work — one point of contact across design,
photography, web, and development means no handoff chaos between vendors.
What do you need from me to get an accurate quote?
A short description of the project, your timeline, and a rough budget range.
More detail helps, but isn't required to start the conversation.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — post-launch support is built into every web and software project, and we can also set up a retainer for ongoing work.
